I’m here to help.

My name is Tannaz (Tan-Naaz), a therapist based in Los Angeles, providing in person and online therapy to California residents.

I specialize in working with:

  • Professionals and creatives with anxiety and perfectionism

  • Trauma connected to earlier relationships and single incident trauma

  • First and second-generation immigrants

  • Reproductive and perinatal Trauma such as infertility, miscarriages, difficult pregnancies or births, and postpartum anxiety and depression

I’m deeply passionate and committed to helping people like you feel a sense of grounding, develop self-compassion, heal your past wounds, and build stronger connections.

Using methods that go beyond traditional talk therapy, I incorporate EMDR and somatic mindfulness-based methods in helping my clients tap into their innate healing abilities and create long lasting change.
